The d cor is pale with white walls, pale grey woollen carpets in the bedrooms and contemporary, attractively tiled shower rooms with quality fittings the overall effect creates a modern, roomy, light interior, enhanced by the wide plank oak flooring that leads into the open plan living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with white units, topped with grey Pietra composite worktops and an island with built in Bosch oven, microwave, hob and a wine cooler. There is an integrated fridge freezer, a dishwasher and an instant hot water tap.
The lovely living room is dominated by the fabulous view from the floor to ceiling window and patio door. From the comfort of the sofas the frontline vista of the beach and the Island is endlessly fascinating as the light, the weather and the tides bring constant change to the view.
Opening the patio doors onto the terrace, the view expands towards the harbour.


Outside
The wide paved terrace, with glass balustrade, has a gate onto the path that goes directly down to the beach. The front of the building is well maintained with appropriate planting.
The secure parking area has designated spaces for each apartment. Also there is a communal storage shed with lockable compartments per property.
Located close to the centre of town, and with the closest beach literally just across the road, you are only a few steps away from all Newquay has to offer.

Location

Newquay is renowned as a premier beach resort for families and all who love the rugged Atlantic coastline. Surfers are drawn to the great surf along this coast, in and around Newquay, from Watergate to Fistral Bay. The whole area has a vibrant atmosphere all year round and Towan, an excellent family beach, is at the heart of the town. The promenade above the beach has The Blue Reef Aquarium, Beach Bakery and a surf school. The harbour borders the beach and the magnificent Fistral Bay is in walking distance. There is a diverse selection of shops, caf s, restaurants and seasonal events, notably the Boardmasters festival.

Newquay also provides excellent amenities including two secondary schools, supermarkets, a railway station, a boating lake, a small zoo, sports clubs and a links golf course overlooking Fistral.

The Newquay area is well connected to Cornwall s main routes, with a branch rail line that links into the high speed rail services to London Paddington and Glasgow. Cornwall s Airport at Newquay has return flights to London as well as other domestic and international destinations.

Directions

Driving into Newquay it is advisable to take Gannel Road, straight across to Tower Road at Mount Wise roundabout, right into Hope Terrace, follow to the junction of Alma Road and Fore Street and into the car park opposite. On foot to Beach Road and right towards The Crescent and left to arrive at the front of Onshore. Number 1 is on the right with a gated terrace.
