This has been a perfect family home, and has adapted to our needs wonderfully, help by being a quiet, bright and airy retreat when needed. If you want more adventure then its location is amazing you have a well stocked local co op, the community centre, nature walks, and a wonderful new playground just outside. Further along the estate you have a new and already very popular pub and other playgrounds, not to mention you can after a short walk along pavements walk or cycle to Swinley Forest with its miles of tracks.
It has been helpful there is so much storage in the house its easy to throw things I mean tidy up after the kids and myself. The main rooms are a great size and have been extremely versatile and have adapted to many different layouts as needs have changed over the years. It s on a great size plot allowing entertaining to seamlessly spilling over to the garden
My Neighbours are friendly and take care of their houses and gardens, the lack of cars parked and the open view over the forest make the home idyllic and I will really miss it.

This house has one of the best spots in Buckler s Park overlooking Buckler s Forest. It has to be one of the best family homes that we have seen in this area in a long time. Our seller has perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so many amenities on your doorstep. Built by Cala Homes in 2022 this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb and this one is no different.

The kitchen at the front is a great specification with integrated appliances and plenty of natural light coming through with its two windows. You will also find a well fitted cloakroom off of the hallway with storage under the stairs. To the back the lounge space is huge with French doors leading straight onto the impressive rear garden which as you can tell, gets plenty of sun.

Upstairs this home offers three good size double bedrooms, of which two are located on the first floor. The second bedroom at the back is a great size has the benefit of two built in wardrobes and a nicely finished en suite shower room. What we love about this house is the fact that every bedroom has it s own bathroom as the third bedroom is next door to the family bathroom at the front.

The master suite occupies the entire top floor which is not only a huge space, but also offers a well fitted en suite shower room and ample storage as you can see from the floorplan. This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into with the added benefit of no chain. Area Comment...
This is such a fantastic location, Buckler s Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops being built in the next few years. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
