We have loved living here, the location is definitely the best thing about the house; with lots of shops and restaurants on Brook Street and City Road including the train station only two minutesaway and it s under 10 minutes walk to Grosvenor Park and to the middle of the city. The Mill Hotel over the road has a great health club with a pool and sauna, where we have been members reasonably priced . The street itself is quiet with lovely neighbours. The house is very reasonable to heat and maintain too!
