"Vendor Comment We have lived here for over 25 years and have a wealth of happy memories. Over that period we have shared the house with parents, children, lodgers and foreign language students. The house has offered so much flexibility , with bathrooms on every floor. We have used at least three different rooms as the major bedroom depending on circumstances. In recent years we have enjoyed a Pilates studio, a home office and a music room while still keeping sufficient spare bedroom space for families to invade us at Christmas. From the top floor there is a spectacular view over the Cricket Ground. Even if you are not a sports fan, it is a great comfort to look out over the green space throughout the year. I also frequent the gym and the coffee shop within the ground on a regular basis. Although the time has come to downsize, I will continue to live in the area and make use of Gloucester Road and St Andrews Park, which are both a stroll away .
