The reservation fee is only refundable if the vendor withdraws from the sale. Exchange of contracts within 4 weeks of the auction end date, whereby the highest bidder will pay a deposit of 10% minimum £5,000 of the hammer price. Full legal completion takes place within 4 weeks of exchange of contracts unless otherwise stated in the legal pack . The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to buy the LOT.
