Description

" Offering a great location in the centre of Tattenhall village and being sold with no chain this is a lovely detached four bedroom period property boasts plenty of character and a viewing is highly recommended

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

As with a lot of period properties this detached home there are plenty of features to enjoy such as the cosy fireplaces, wooden floors, traditional doors and arched windows to the ground floor.

In addition to these stand out features the location is excellent. Positioned in the heart of Tattenhall village the amenities are all in within easy walking distance and the brilliant village park is just over the road and as such can be enjoyed with just a few steps from the front door.

Internally the ground floor offers an entrance hall, kitchen with a range of floor and wall units and two reception rooms. The reception rooms are currently used as a dining room and living room with the later boasting a Clearview log burner fireplace as a central feature.

The first floor houses the four bedrooms which include two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. The single bedrooms could also serve as ideal home offices or walk in wardrobes if additional bedrooms are not required.

Externally, there is an enclosed courtyard that is very private and being just off the kitchen makes the perfect spot for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The property is currently tenanted allowing it to be sold with no onwards chain, please note that the completion of the purchase will need to take place after the tenancy finishes at the end of August.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
