Why the owner loves the property:
This charming property was a lovely first home for my husband and I. It is located within walking distance to a lovely village and is so handy for the bus to Oxford and London. We lived here while my husband studied and we made many friends in this lovely community. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is very private. In subsequent years young families found it was a good size house with a reasonable garden for children to play. It would also suit an older couple wanting to down-size as it is level with only step in the front door. The garage is a good size and there is space for off-street parking. The conservatory has been converted into an extra room which can be used all year round.
