***Vendor‘s comments:*** &quote;This home stood out immediately after my first viewing—it just ‘felt right‘ to me, more like a house than a flat, especially being on the ground floor with a hallway and garden. I really love the Victorian character (high ceilings!) and layout, having my cosy living space at the front with a nice sized kitchen-diner, and then the bedrooms and bathroom down the corridor. The garden is such a green and peaceful sanctuary; I couldn‘t imagine living in a flat without outside space now.

I knew the location would be perfect for commuting into London Bridge, being a five-minute walk to South Croydon Station, but I didn’t truly appreciate the value of the area until I started living here. Temple Road itself has such a wonderful and active community, which is both friendly and supportive—I think that’s a very rare thing in London. Being a loop road, it’s also really quiet and peaceful. The property is within close proximity to South End and the shops, restaurants, and cafés—I couldn’t live without my favourite coffee shop, ‘Bob’s Your Uncle‘, a stone’s throw away!

It’s going to be hard to leave after almost 5 years, and this home has served me well, but having grown up and lived in London all my life, it’s time for a change.&quote;
