House is very warm ,well kept, bright, there is living area and bedroom downstairs (we separated long living room to make it that way ). Separate utility room, cloakroom downstairs, storage under the stairs, solar panels installed with batteries. Bills for gas and electric is small and not paying anything from march to October as we are selling electricity to the grid(octopus). There is terrace outside and huge shed. All bedrooms good size and spacious.
