Description

"

A good sized three bed terraced property close to Crewe Town Centre. The property has many of its period features still in place and lovely open views to the rear. It also has fabulous high ceilings which give the property a light and airy feel.

The property briefly comprises of an entrance hall that leads into a lounge and separate dining room. The two rooms are divided by part glazed double doors and have laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen sits at the rear of the property and provides access to the enclosed, paved back yard.

Upstairs there are two good size double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as, a large family bathroom. The first floor also provides access to a bonus room on the second floor which has an eve ceiling, velux window and useful alcove storage.

Outside is an enclosed yard with brick walling and open views.

Originally a railway town, Crewe developed during the 19th century as one of the world‘s greatest engineering hotbeds, a tradition maintained today as the home of Bentley Motors, whilst the choice of the town as the central hub for HS2 promises huge investment in the town in the next few years maximizing high speed connections to both London and the North. But Crewe has got a lot more to offer than just trains. There‘s a thriving live music scene, as well as a range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. Take a stroll in Queens Park, a traditional Victorian park that is being restored to her former glory or take in a show at the award winning Crewe Lyceum or venture further afield through the wider Cheshire countryside. Major employers include AO.com, Bentley and Leighton Hospital whilst the town is well served with primary and secondary schools.
