Description

" Set in a lovely plot of 0.17 acre within walking distance of the village centre and having been subject to considerable refurbishment and improvement, a four bedroom, two shower room detached house.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

This lovely village centre home sets a high standard when it comes to interior design, style and attention to detail. It has been comprehensively refurbished in the last two years and offers a layout and finish that will appeal to growing families, professional couples or those who are retired.

It lies within strolling distance of the well regarded primary school and the historic high street which combines historical elegance with an impressive range of amenities.

At ground floor there are three reception rooms, which gives great flexibility for a family. The key change overseen by the present owners has been the installation of new and opening up of the kitchen to the dining area, providing a wonderful open plan space which perfectly attunes with modern lifestyle requirements. The two additional reception rooms have excellent views over the rear garden and one has a wood burner as its key focal point.

The large utility store is also a really helpful feature for day to day life. Likewise with four bedrooms and two shower rooms, there is an excellent footprint to enjoy and the shower rooms are conveniently split so one is at ground and the other at first floor level.

The garden is a delight of great size, good gradient, surprisingly good privacy and really mature and established.
