This place has been a real gem for us. It s been nice to being at the end of a quiet street, making it safer for kids to play outside. The neighbourhood is friendly, and we ve felt part of a community here.


We ve found it a very convenient location, with Sainburys being only a 10 15min walk, and if you fancy a drink or a meal out, there are some lovely village pubs around, like the Walter Arms. The train station is about a 15 minute walk, which has been handy for getting into Reading or Wokingham quickly.


For outdoor activities, Dinton Park is just a 5 minute drive and has been great for a change of scenery and some fresh air. Schools in this area are good too, which is a bonus. If you re into movies, the biggest Showcase Cinemas is practically on the doorstep, just a 2 minute drive away.


There are plenty of green spaces around for a walk or jog, which has been nice for getting some exercise and clearing the head.


We ve loved living here, but as our family grows, we re looking to move somewhere a bit bigger. This place would be great for a small family looking to settle in a convenient yet quiet location.
