Homeowner s View
This has been our home for 35 years. Back in 1999, we enhanced
its comfort and practicality by adding extensions to the front and
back, including a downstairs shower room for mum.
We have cherished many great memories here, like spending time
at Dinton Pastures and Bearwood Recreation Ground. Having the
doctor s surgery just behind us has been very convenient. For a
relaxing evening, the Walter Arms pub is less than a mile s walk
away.
The nearby villages, such as the picturesque Hurst, add to the
area s charm. I attended Bearwood Primary and then moved on to
Forest School, both within walking distance. We are selling to move
mum closer to us as she now requires more care.
We are hopeful the next family will find this house as special
as we have.
Alex s View
This property really stands out for me as it is one of the
larger homes on the street, thanks to well thought out extensions
at both the front and back. These extensions add the crucial second
bathroom and the much desired extra space for entertaining.
What s particularly appealing is the mix of completed
enhancements, potential, and areas ready for a personal touch. The
upgraded heating system and double glazing are significant benefits
for the new owners. The lounge, kitchen, and bathrooms offer a
blank canvas for visions to become a reality. The bedrooms are
great sizes for a growing family, with 3 doubles, a large single
and another single not a box room .
The location of this property adds to its appeal, situated near
Sainsbury s, reputable schools, and Winnersh Station, making it
ideal for families and commuters.
We look forward to showing you around.
