The historic market town of Woodbridge is close by and offers superb restaurants, boutique shops, a cinema and Deben Leisure Centre.
There are two excellent schools, Woodbridge School in the private sector and the highly regarded Farlingaye High School in the public sector.
Woodbridge also has a railway station with links to Ipswich and the mainline to London Liverpool Street.
