Palmers Green station is a 10 minute walk and has regular trains into central London. Or it is a 20 minute walk to Southgate tube station Piccadilly Line and Southgate high street. There are various bus stops nearby too.

The flat and neighbouring roads are part of the Lakes Estate Conservation Area, with quiet roads and a good sense of community. The other people in the building are quiet and respectful.
