Sellers comments
We bought this property as first time buyers as two friends,
having both lived in Leytonstone for a few years. We have loved
living here but are now relocating with our respective partners.
The property is ideally located for us it‘s close enough to
Leytonstone tube for access into central London and to Leytonstone
High Road for local amenities and shops; but on a quiet residential
street, a stone‘s throw from Hollow Ponds and into Epping Forest.
Our downstairs neighbours are a small family and have been nothing
but helpful and friendly even feeding our cat every now and then! .
The nearest newsagent is at the bottom of the road, there‘s a
big
Tesco 8 min walk away and the nearest pub is a 5 min walk
along Whipps Cross Road. Since owning the property, we have
completely renovated and modernised the kitchen all appliances are
top of the
range and less than 3 years old. We have also repainted
throughout. Despite not being double glazed, the flat heats up
quickly and stays warm in the winter. We would have loved to extend
into the loft it‘s big up there! and probably would be exploring
this in different circumstances.
