Redhill is a popular residential area with a large public park and playing field, and there is a charming parade of shops close by. The property also falls under the coveted Hillview School catchment.

To the outside, the front is mainly laid to block paving providing off road parking for two to three vehicles depending on size. Immediately adjacent to the rear of the house is a wooden decked area, with the remainder mainly laid to lawn and a garden shed at the very rear. The garden faces a sunny southerly aspect.
