I love marketing houses within walking distance of my office and this can be reached on foot in about seven minutes. Woodlands Way is one of the most popular developments within the village, as is evidenced by the fast sales rates in recent times.

The accommodation as presently arranged and configured provides a well balanced three bedroom house that can be immediately moved into and enjoyed. The current owners have replaced both the kitchen and bathroom.
The main reception room is light and versatile whilst two of the three bedrooms are double proportion.

Externally there is a good sized garden that is a particular feature being secluded, principally laid to lawn and also having a lovely patio area suitable for al fresco dining. To the front there is driveway parking and access to the single garage.

Tarporley is one of Cheshire‘s most highly regarded villages that boasts a diverse selection of amenities including a community centre, tennis courts, convenience stores, fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, public houses, doctors‘ surgery, dentists, three Churches and a very extensive bus route. Fast connections can be enjoyed at Crewe railway station, with the service to London Euston taking just over 90 minutes.

Leave the High Street in the direction of Chester, passing along the High Street. Take the right turn up Forest Road take the right shortly after the sandstone cottages into Woodlands Way.
