This has been a brilliant first home. The neighbours are friendly and Sydenham has a great community spirit. The private garden was a big selling point for us, it is lovely in the summer to be able to have a barbeque and sit outside with friends. We have very high ceilings which give the property a nice feel and makes the rooms feel large. The location is excellent for shopping, meals out and also commuting into central London. "
