Description

" Located in a desirable modern development within walking distance of Tarporley High Street, an excellently presented three bedroom home with private garden and off road parking 25% shared ownership

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This appealing and visually attractive end terraced house is well positioned on the edge of one of the most popular modern developments within walking distance of the village centre. Constructed by Stuart Milne Homes in 2009, the home has been extremely well kept by the present owner and with particularly noticeable changes to the internal decoration.

The house is well balanced, with three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom is of particular note being of great proportions and benefitting from fitted wardrobes.

The ground floor consists of a entrance hall offering additional storage and cloakroom, a breakfast kitchen fitted with a range of both floor and wall units and finally the spacious living and dining room to the rear. This room is a lovely space to relax enjoying views over the garden and plenty of natural light coming in from the large windows and double doors that open on to the patio area.

In addition to the landscaped rear garden that offers patio, lawn and bedding areas the home enjoys attractive outlooks over the green within Oswalds Way and also benefits from off road driveway parking.

Being part of a shared ownership affordability scheme, 25% share of the property is being offered for sale however there is potential to staircase up to a higher percentage or even the full 100% should this be a preference. The monthly rent on the remaining 75% share and service charges come to £640.94 per month.

For more details of the scheme related to this property, a personal description of the home or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
