With most of the neighbours having lived here for many years there is a stable supportive feel to this much under rated area of Brighton. Indeed, we arent planning to move far ourselves. There is easy access to Lewes Road, buses and all the main roads leading out of Brighton give you flexibility around commuting.
The house is perfect for a family or couple sunlight pours in from the front and the elevated aspect of the house means there is a secluded feel but the most amazing views. The back garden is also quiet, and you can sit out in the morning sun with your breakfast.
I have had this house for over 20 years and giving it up will be heart wrenching, but we have decided to move locally for a slightly larger garden.
