If you prefer to stay on the park then you can take advantage of an excellent range of facilities including a heated indoor pool and an entertainment suite that is open during the main season.

Offered for sale furnished and equipped as seen this beautifully presented Willerby Sheraton caravan was manufactured to BS3632 residential specification in 2021 therefore making this a perfect choice for those entering the holiday home market for the first time. Once inside the accommodation you are greeted by a light and generous open plan livingdiningkitchen area, the latter is well fitted with a range of units and appliances to include an oven and grill, combi microwave, gas hob, cooker hood, integrated fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washerdryer. The focal point of the room is an imitation woodburner and there are audio blue tooth speakers within the ceiling. A small inner hall provides access to the shower room and both bedrooms. The shower room has a walk in shower cubicle, wc and wash basin. The two bedrooms both have fitted furniture, one is a twin room the other, larger room a double with en suite shower room and separate walk in wardrobe. The caravan is heated throughout by central heating to radiators and the windows are double glazed . Externally there is decking to the side and front, the latter being large enough for a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the summer evenings and al fresco dining. Parking is adjacent or in any of the communal parking areas situated throughout the park.

Use and Occupancy
The caravan is for holiday and recreational use only between 1 March and 31 December each year. If you wish to holiday let the caravan then this has to be done through the park, it cannot be let privately.

Leisure & entertainment suite with visiting cabaret, bingo and amusements.
On site shop, take away and launderette.
Picnic area.
Fitness suite, tennis court, crazy golf, etc.
We understand ownersguests have use of these facilities but some charges may apply. Owners also have the benefit of a loyalty card which enables them to get a 10% discount in the take-away, restaurant and bar.

Resale
Should you sell the holiday home then a commission of 15% plus vat, based on the selling price, is payable to the park.



Directions
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After a couple of miles you will pass a petrol station on your left and Atlantis Care Home. Continue on the main road and take the next left signposted Killigarth, prior to descending the hill into Polperro. Follow this road and after a short distance you will see the main entrance to Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler Holidays) on your left. Continue past this and take the next right into Park Road. On entering the Park take the third turning on your left and number 98 can be found at the end of the road on your left.
