External: Outhouse and Private Gardens

Entry is via a vestibule into a hallway. The home is a nice design with the bedroom accommodation positioned on the lower level and living space on the upper section. Both bedrooms are beautiful with feature walls, warm carpeting underfoot and windows to the front which illuminate the space nicely. These bedrooms are served by a three-piece bathroom with shower over bath. The walls are tiled nicely from floor to ceiling and there is storage under the sink area.

The lounge is exceptionally light, care of two glazed velux windows positioned to the rear of the roof space and window to the front with beautiful views. Carpets are laid and floorspace permits ample room for a dining table and chairs.

The lush kitchen is finished to an exceptional standard offering wall and base cabinetry with the appliances being housed behind the units. There is ample worktop space for food preparation. A window to the front and rear draws in the light.

Externally, there is an attached outhouse ideal for storage but could easily be converted subject to the necessary planning permission.

There are private garden grounds to the rear, all adequately bounded. The gardens to the front are communal and the grounds provide plenty of parking for residents use.

The name Crianlarich derives from the Gaelic for -low pass-, relating to its geographical location. This small historic village has been an important staging post on various transport routes linking central and north-western Scotland since medieval times. As such, it is designated as a primary destination in Scotland, has been voted the most scenic railway in the world and is signposted from as far as Glasgow in the south, Perth in the east, Oban in the west and Fort William in the north. Crianlarich is a stop along this famous route. Stop off for an afternoon tea, or get off the train and explore the hills and nearby footpaths of Strath Fillan and Glen Falloch.
