Description

" Superb opportunity to buy superb individual building plot in a sought after location within Norley. Planning permission approved for a detached four bedroom, three bathroom house with single garage and driveway

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

What an opportunity this is a village centre building plot with full planning permission to build an individual detached home within Norley.

The site has approval for a property of circa 2,084 square feet incorporating four bedrooms, two en suites, a family bathroom, two reception rooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, utility, W.C. and single garage.

The site has connections to mains water, power and drainage available.

It is rare to get a building plot so well located in an established village location ? this is a great opportunity and one not to be missed so for a personal conversation about this building plot or to arrange a viewing please contact me at the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
