Why the owner loves the property:
I like that it's on a crescent, not a main road, which means less traffic and it's safer for kids. I also like the fact that I am not sharing the drive with any neighbor and that the garden, which is south facing, has complete privacy! Since the property was one of the early ones to be built by Redrow, the street and the driveway are larger than more recent properties. The finishes as well are to a much higher standard compared to new ones - seeing complaints on the estate Facebook page.Lastly the community! In our crescent, the neighbours are very kind and helpful, we even have a WhatsApp group! We genuinely care for each other, for instance, when I was traveling abroad, my neighbors took my bins out and mowed the front lawn! I cat sit for my neighbors when they were away.
