Description

" High specification 1618 square feet end barn conversion in a stunningly beautiful location, providing four bedroom, two bathroom accommodation with a particularly flexible three reception room layout

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

Even if my career endures for several years to come, I doubt that I will ever get the chance to market a development again that boasts views of Liverpool Cathedral, Deeside Gateway Bridge, Moel Famau, The Clwydian Range and two iconic castles Peckforton and Beeston! So, it is with enormous pleasure that I offer this barn conversion for sale in what is a special and unique setting, unrivalled in the locality for its surrounding rural beauty. The development has been thoughtfully created by Castle Court Property Limited, a family firm who specialise in bespoke property conversions and construction.

This particular unit, barn one is a spacious and elegant home, with many notable design features and embedded quality throughout.

The focal point of the accommodation here is the open plan Symphony? kitchen at the centre of the house, chalk white in colour and linking superbly in an open plan format to the dining area and living room. Particular features here include the pantry, crittle style windows and externally the Indian Stone patio within the garden. With three reception rooms, four double bedrooms, an en suite and family bathroom there is more than ample space. The specification is lavish and is detailed further below.

Externally there is designated parking and a car port within an original and fully restored Dutch Barn.

For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
