Description

" Offering a brilliant position in the heart of Kingsley village this detached three bedroom cottage enjoys attractive gardens, boasts an adjoining two storey barn and benefits from being sold with no onwards chain

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

When it comes to village locations, Kingsley is hard to beat with its strong sense of community spirit, selection of increasingly good amenities as well as easy access to lovely countryside including Delamere Forest.

The cottage is favourably positioned in the centre of the village and enjoys lovely period features both outside and in. Internally the cottage?s ground floor houses the kitchen, dining room, living room and an additional study and cloakroom. There is a bedroom to the ground floor that has potential to be used an additional reception room, with the two principle bedrooms being located on the first floor along with the family bathroom.

There is great adaptability to the property, provided most significantly by the adjoining barn. Currently used as garaging on the ground floor and storage on the first floor, the space has great potential for other uses, subject to the relevant permissions, and as such offers a lot of scope for people needing additional space.

Externally the cottage benefits from very attractive and mature gardens and a paved driveway for off road parking.

A truly special home that is well worth a viewing to fully appreciate its merits and the potential this property holds.
