The houses within Tadworth Park have a rather admirable reputation in these parts, the quiet residential location, situated right in the heart of the village and easy walking distance from Tadworth Station, make it an appealing option for both young professionals and down sizers alike!
The front door leads you through into a porch area, with cloakroom to your left, and the living room in front. The living room is a welcoming space, with gas fireplace at its center, and bay window looking over the front garden. The dining area provides a social space away from the kitchen and living room, and leads through into the conservatory. Fully double glazed, the conservatory provides a fabulous outlook over the garden, and allows in floods of natural light, aswell as access to the outdoors. The kitchen looks out over the garden, complete with hardwood units and breakfast bar.
Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, the largest of which is big enough for a super king bed, and boasts build in storage across an entire wall, and an en suite shower room. Bedroom number two is to the front of the property and is a good sized double. A relatively modern family bathroom sits in the middle of the first floor. Two bedrooms remain, both overlooking the rear garden.
The property has been well maintained over the years, double glazing throughout and the boiler is less than 10 years old.
The current owners have poured a huge amount of love into their garden and it really does shine through. The space is full of mature beds and thoughtful planting, aswell as a space down the side of the property that is currently home to a greenhouse. The garage door has currently been boarded off from the inside in order to make an environment perfect for storing models! but this could easily be reverted back to it s original function as a garage door; the space is generous, with the access door coming from the side alley.
The front drive offers parking for two vehicles, with the potential to extend it further onto the front garden if needed.
