Description

" An exceptional residential holding enjoying complete privacy and seclusion with panoramic, breathtaking views of Exmoor.
In all about 108 Acres.

Torre Farm is approached over a long unassuming private drive and is centred around a wonderfully presented, four bedroom south facing longhouse. The property which unusually is not listed is sat in an elevated position in the middle of its own land creating a total sense of privacy and seclusion with unbelievable views across the Winsford Valley. In 2020 2021, the current owners converted a traditional building to what now is an immaculately presented, two bedroom holiday cottage finished to an exceptionally high standard. There are further traditional stone outbuildings, one of which has planning permission to convert to further holiday accommodation. However, this has now lapsed. To the north of the farmstead is a large modern farm building, part of which containing 4 American barn style stables. The farm currently operates in a traditional Exmoor manner and the land which extends to approx. 108 acres is used purely for the grazing of livestock, predominantly sheep however offers flexibility and could suit a variety of farming enterprises.
