I have absolutely loved living in this flat it was my first buy and I have been here over 15 years. The garden is a good size and backs on to the green space of the crematorium which is a haven for wildlife, I will often see the badgers doing their rounds and hear different birdsong including the woodpeckers.
Town or the beach is a nice 30 minute stroll and the Downs only a short drive away. Lots of local shops and supermarkets nearby. My needs have changed and I am off to pastures new but I will be sad to be leaving my friendly neighbours and beautiful home.
