Description

" Enjoying a prime location just off Tarporley High Street and being offered with no upwards chain, this is a lovely two bedroom period cottage in great order with a private courtyard to the rear

Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This beautiful cottage is a real gem being positioned right in the heart of Tarporley village.

The cottage has a cosy and appealing atmosphere throughout and other features of note include the original decorative range in the kitchen and the small but really private courtyard garden to the rear.

This lovely cottage enjoys an ideal location. Park Road is positioned just off the High Street and being within a short stroll of both extensive amenities and lovely open countryside through the rural footpaths of Tarporley. The cottage is offered with no chain and I anticipate it will spark interest with first time buyers, professional couples, those looking to downsize and local investors.

Whilst still a period property offering some charming traditional features the cottage has benefitted from heavy investment in more recent years and pleasingly all renovations have been done with a great sympathy and understanding of the history of the building. The works have included a complete re plastering, the installation of Georgian style pvcu sliding windows, composite front and back doors, a wood burning stove, a modern boiler, new bathroom and installation of stylish kitchen with new oven, hob and hood appliances fitted.

With no chain and a competitive price, this is a real asset to the market and viewing is essential.
