The house is a late Georgian House built just before 1840. I bought the house in 2000 from a lady called Victoria who was a journalist. She had featured the house in the Sunday Times as an example of an idyllic cottage in the heart of London! And it is! It has a large, very old rose growing on the front and in May that bloom making it look like a country cottage and because it backs onto waterboard land the Garden is completely private.
