This is a superbly presented detached house, tucked away in a head of cul de sac position and having the particular benefits of detached double garage and landscaped south facing rear garden. It is also impeccably presented throughout and has plenty of appealing design features.

I grew up in a 1930?s house and as is typical of houses from that era, it enjoyed a really spacious and welcoming entrance hall. I have heard it said that modern houses rarely offer such a luxury. If that is your view, this house will change your mind! The entrance hall is of superb proportion and provides an excellent first impression.

The layout is ideal, with a large living room for family gatherings and a designated study which is likely to be utilised as a home office. Situated along the back of the house, I particularly love the open plan breakfast kitchen. This is a large open plan area with direct access to the south facing garden and has ample room within it for table, chairs and sofas.

At first floor level the master suite has a designated dressing room and en suite bath and shower room. Directions

From Tarporley village, leave in the direction of Chester then continue to reach the roundabout. At the roundabout take a third exit onto the A49 Warrington . Proceed up the A49 and having passed the Alvanley Arms Pub and Shire Horse Centre on the right hand side take a left onto the B5152. Proceed across a set of crossroads and carry straight on.

Proceed for a further short distance and at another set of crossroads take a right turn, immediately passing the Vale Royal Abbey Arms on the right hand side. Proceed along and having passed Nick Tomlin cars, take the next left turn into Shakerley Close and the immediate right into Linmere Walk. Proceed to the end of the lane where the subject property will be located.
