I knew that when I bought the flat, my favourite place to sit would be by the living room window watching the world go by, in a Brighton way! The flat has a lovely warm and homely feel to it, and despite being just opposite the pier the sound is minimal both from neighbours and the street.
It‘s a very easy flat to live in with a small community within the building that you can get involved with as much or as little as you like.
