We love the property's period features and the peaceful, sunny garden. We recently invested in double-glazed windows throughout and also a good quality boiler to ensure the house stays reliably cosy and has good energy efficiency. The house has always been easy to rent to couples or 2 friends as it has 2 equal-sized double bedrooms. We hope the next owner loves the house as much as we have!
