Description

" Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac position, enjoying an open view to the rear and attractively presented throughout, a well designed two bedroom detached bungalow with garden, driveway and garage

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

The eagle eyed amongst you will note that my academic background is in law, hence the LLB on my business card etc. I once had a client, with a keen eye for detail and an equally good sense of humour, who wondered aloud if the LLB actually stood for LOVES LOVLEY BUNGALOWS. Well you know what I have always smiled when I have remembered that, principally because it does capture rather brilliantly my views on bungalows!

This is a great example of its type, having been constructed circa 1995. It forms part of a delightful development and it positioned in a quiet cul de sac with open views to the rear and accordingly, a very private and established garden. Despite this tranquillity, the bungalow is only a short distance from Northwich town centre and the many amenities it offers. The town can be reached either by walk or short car journey.

The bungalow itself was originally designed as a three bedroom format, but the current owners decided instead to utilise the space as a luxurious two bedroom format, which has the advantage of making both bedrooms doubles and the reception space larger. It is ideal for a couple of those looking to downsize.

The bungalow is impeccably presented throughout and is a strong option for those looking to move into a home that does not require building works or renovation. With good quality double glazing, detached garage and block paved driveway, this is a great all rounder and I strongly recommend a viewing.

Directions

Leaving the agents Tarporley office in the direction of Chester, continue along the High Street until reaching the roundabout and turn right third exit onto the A49 Warrington.
