new hedges and over 3000 trees in various areas throughout the
holding to provide a sustainable future.

Our vendors have advised that the 8 Alpacas at the property 7
females and 1 neutered male as well as the 12 geese are available
to purchase separately if required.
Optional 5 Acres
Located across the lane from the property, this land has
pedestrian access and also a separate vehicular access.
The field is designated as a Special Site of Scientific Interest
SSSI . The majority of the land is made up of 2 pingos, part of
several pingos in the Nant Cledlyn Valley. They represent some of
the best examples of pingo ramparts enclosing peat filled basins,
being formed by the collapse of ice lenses developed during
permafrost conditions. Radiocarbon and pollen evidence from
excavation of the site are from 10,000 years ago. The pingos have
been investigated by two universities and information can be
examined.
The main pingo is populated by a large number of mature trees with
an ephemeral lake inhabited by wild ducks. The area is a haven for
wildlife. On the periphery of the site a considerable number of
additional tree species have been planted.
