Description

" PLEASE NOTE The agent dealing with this property is John Wiltshire, his direct extension number is 104, please make a note of this before calling.

This fine Victorian, four five bedroom, semi detached property built circa 1890 comes to market for the first time in almost 70 years and is situated in the heart of Keston Village.

Offering over 2200 sqft, a large rear garden and plenty of room for parking including a garage. This home further offers spacious accommodation situated over two floors and a versatile lay out which could be configured to provide 5 or more bedrooms. The property also provides a lot of potential for improvement and expansion, including a possible dormer extension to the property subject to planning permissions .

Situated in the heart of Keston Village which is on the edge of Commonside and it‘s lovely coffee shops, two public houses and a highly recommended primary school. It is also within easy reach of Hayes, Bromley and Orpington Rail Stations and Locksbottom, with further shopping facilities and restaurants just under two miles in distance.

But let‘s hear what the current owners have to say about this versatile family home...

This has been our family home for more than 60 years, and we all have so many fond memories, it‘s hard to put in a few sentences how happy we were growing up here!
Keston Village has always been a lovely place to live with the neighbours being very community minded and we often celebrated many fun times with the community such as May Day at Dawn by Keston ponds and Caeser s Well where the Morris dancers danced. The New Year walks with neighbours and friends was is always a highlight of the year and a good way to clear the cob webs and his often took us to Downe for a well earned refreshment. in their local hostelries

This family home offers a lot and we believe a great purchase with huge potential for improvements... and could be the new home for your family to create many more years of fun and happy memories.
