Description

" Offered with no chain and forming part of a select development on the edge of Norley village, a newly converted four bedroom, three bathroom barn with large rear garden, off road parking and car port

Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman

I first saw these barns ten years ago, when unconverted. I was struck at the time by their quality, height and visual presence. Accordingly, it is a real joy to have seen them carefully crafted with great love and care into five completely unique residences, that form part of a select development on the edge of Norley village, with a view of the historic parish Church across the fields.

The developer has made a particular point of working with trusted local contacts of high repute and there is a clear attention to detail in the finishes and design features.

This particular barn is an end unit and is blessed with a long lawned rear garden. Internally there is a wonderful array of features that include spectacular vaulted ceilings, exposed brick and original treated timbers. The tasteful contemporary refinements include an oak staircase and excellent kitchen and bathroom fitments.

The layout is excellent, with a large open plan kitchen providing the hub of family living and there being at first floor levels four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Norley is a superb location and with two units already completed on this development, this can definitely be described as a rare buying opportunity.
