This is a gorgeous semi detached house of considerable stature, quality and individuality. It has been lovingly renovated by the present owners and boasts a superb mixture of period features and original charm, with an impressive contemporary quality embedded throughout.

The investment in the kitchens and bathrooms becomes immediately apparent. The kitchen is bespoke, having been designed and installed by the Cheshire Furniture Company to an exacting specification. It is a real highlight of the house, built to last and with a timeless look, feel and finish. Likewise the bathrooms have all been refurbished in a period style and are well thought through with intelligent design.

For those who enjoy period dwellings this is real treat. There are period fireplaces, wooden floors, exposed brickwork, a wood burning stove, timber staircase and superb front door. Tiverton is a popular semi rural hamlet that is just two miles from Tarporley village centre. Tiverton has its own website tiverton cheshire.org.uk. As well as convenient accessibility for local walks, there is a popular canal side cafe and other local amenities adjacent to the canal. The long established Deeside Ramblers is also located a short walk away providing hockey for all ages.

Upon reaching the Four Lane Ends traffic light crossroads with the Rasoi Restaurant on the right, take a right hand turn on to the A49 in the direction of Whitchurch.
