is in a nice & quiet area.
The only reason we are selling it is that we have just had a
newborn baby and need more space.
We have lived here for 14 years and have always kept the
property in a good condition. It was last decorated in February,
with a new modern bathroom fitted, new carpets in the front room as
well as on the stairs. We have also painted it in white
throughout.
The Tram stop is 15 minutes away, Colliers Wood tube station 15
minutes away, and Mitcham Junction train station is two stops away
on the tram giving you access to the City Thameslink & Southern
services. The bus links are amazing.
We have been spoilt for choice living here with Croydon, Sutton,
Morden, Wimbledon, Colliers Wood & Tooting being so close, all
offering us a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars to choose
from.
I will miss the nice quiet close, our lovely neighbours and the
