Lost Key s or Other Security Device s Tenants are responsible for the actual cost of replacing any lost key s or security device s . Early Termination of Tenancy If you wish to terminate the tenancy before the end of the fixed term, and the landlord agrees, you will be liable to pay rent until a suitable new tenant takes possession of the property.
