Welcome to Chiltern Court
Welcome to Chiltern Court, a beautifully presented and spacious
apartment nestled in a small development along the A6. Its
immaculate presentation and thoughtful layout create a bright and
inviting home that extends from the front to the rear. Step into
the main living area, thoughtfully designed as an open plan space
for both relaxation and dining. Sliding patio doors lead to a
charming Juliette style balcony, infusing the space with natural
light. An open arch gracefully transitions into the fitted white
kitchen, complete with a range of modern appliances and
complemented by sleek laminate flooring. The apartment comprises
two well proportioned bedrooms, with the master bedroom located to
the rear for added privacy and benefitting from built in wardrobes,
providing ample storage space. The 2nd bedroom also enjoys the
convenience of a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom boasts a three piece

visitors parking is not available easily! Rest easy knowing that

perfect blend of modern living and thoughtful design, creating a
delightful place to call home.

Reposit Nil Deposit Scheme
Weve partnered with a company called Reposit who offer an
alternative to paying a cash deposit. By using Reposit you can save
a lot of money upfront as you will only need to pay the Reposit fee
of £173.08 instead of a cash deposit which will be £865.00. The
Reposit fee is not refundable at the end of the tenancy. You can
use the money you save to spend on something you actually want!
Please note that just like a normal deposit, you are still
liable for any valid, end of tenancy charges. The difference with
Reposit is that you keep control of your cash and only pay these if
they actually occur at the end of your tenancy, rather than paying
at the start. If you stay beyond a 12 month period, a £30 charge
will be payable to reposit once a year to continue the cover.
This is optional and a normal deposit scheme is also available.
Reposit is subject to certain referencing criteria and may not be
granted following referencing.
