This property boasts 2 open plan reception areas side by side to
each other allowing for plenty of space and light. The lounge has a
feature fireplace, as well as a bay window. From the dining space,
we access the galley kitchen, which is bright and comes with a gas
hob and electric oven. This leads out into a rear yard with space
to sit and relax in the summer months. Also from the dining room,
you have access to a tiled cellar which is spacious and has many
purposes.
The master bedroom is found at the front of the property and is
neutrally spaced, and space for bedroom furniture. The second
bedroom is a good sized single and is located to the rear of the
property, overlooking the paved garden. It also is neutrally
decorated.
To the rear of the property, we also find the family bathroom
which is a generous size. It features a 3 piece suite with a shower
over the bath.

Reposit Nil Deposit Scheme
Weve partnered with a company called Reposit who offer an
alternative to paying a cash deposit. By using Reposit you can save
a lot of money upfront as you will only need to pay the Reposit fee
of £161.53 instead of a cash deposit which will be £836. The
Reposit fee is not refundable at the end of the tenancy. You can
use the money you save to spend on something you actually want!
Please note that just like a normal deposit, you are still liable
for any valid, end of tenancy charges. The difference with Reposit
is that you keep control of your cash and only pay these if they
actually occur at the end of your tenancy, rather than paying at
the start. If you stay beyond a 12 month period, a £30 charge will
be payable to reposit once a year to continue the cover.
This is optional and a normal deposit scheme is also available.
Reposit is subject to certain referencing criteria and may not be
granted following referencing.
