7 Dials is a conservation area with a vibrant community full of artists, young people and families. You are a minute walk from the 7 Dials local restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars and shops and yet just 5 minutes from the North Laine , central Brighton and the beach. It is friendly and vibrant, yet in our cute garden you have peace and quiet and lots of greenery plus the seagulls above so you always know you are by the seaside!

The train station is just 5 minutes walk away. The location is central and within easy walking distance of everything you need. We also have parking available.

Please note the owners have many beautiful pieces to treat with respect and their rules is that they are pescatarian, kosher, so no shellfish and no meat in their house or on the BBQ please. We ask that you take your shoes off in the hall to help. Please help yourself to tea, coffee, dried food, spices etc. If you finish anything please replace it. The most important rule Be happy and enjoy your stay.

After 10 pm to be quiet outside Please respect other residence
