This is the perfect location for cyclists, walkers and hikers with an abundance of walks and trails nearby. This is an ideal location not far to historical Arundel with its castle, Goodwood, 20 minutes to Worthing, 40 minutes to Brighton and 30 minutes to Chichester Just around the corner up Cray Lane and across the road you are right on the edge of the South Downs.
