THE PROPERTY Kantara is an attractive detached bungalow which is situated on the edge of a popular village and thus enjoys a stunning rural outlook across open countryside so beautiful it is immediately obvious why this area is designated as an AONB. This deceptively spacious and versatile property is beautifully presented throughout, having been extensively renovated under the current ownership, and generous, well-maintained gardens surround the property.
 
Upon entering the property, you are met with a welcoming entrance hallway which sits centrally within the ground floor and allows a smooth flow from room to room. SITUATION Kantara is situated in the village of Halstock, a rural village within the Dorset AONB with a community store/post office which enjoys proximity to the water sports and fishing hotspot of Sutton Bingham Reservoir. Yeovil town centre is 7 miles away, offering a wide range of shopping, leisure and health care facilities and the popular market town of Sherborne is just 10 miles distant.
 
Transport links are good, with the A37 within easy reach and the A303 trunk road nearby. There are mainline train stations within Yeovil offering rail services to Bristol, Exeter and London (Waterloo).
 
Education is also well catered for with a selection of well reputed state and independent schools nearby including Sherborne, Hazelgrove, Perrott Hill and Millfield at Street.
