"Chester Zoo's got nothing on this!If you fancy being Dr Dolittle and really want to talk to the animals, then this could be the property for you. You see, in addition to the bungalow and garden, there is a 2.53 acre paddock, complete with kennels for 8 dogs, with food preparation area and outdoor runs, plus numerous sheds, aviaries and cages, housing one of the largest private collection of birds that I have come across! There is an ornamental pond, plus a duck pond, along with a timber cabin in the grounds and a 3 bedroom park home. Yes, can you believe it, you get all of this within one package; it's like having Christmas and a birthday rolled into one! Of course, the other joy of living here are the wonderful views, both front and rear, over open countryside, yet within only a few minutes drive from Whitchurch and then there's Wrexham further up the road. The bungalow itself has been very well maintained and much improved including a spacious refitted shower room, plus a fitted kitchen with solid wood worktops and fitted appliances. The separate reception rooms are both spacious and there are two double bedrooms. The current owners have created a third reception room in the form of a sitting room, from the existing garage, although this could easily be reverted to its original intended use if required by the removal of a stud partition wall which lies behind the external timber doors. From here, there is a conservatory addition which takes full advantage of views over the garden and Paddock beyond. Blink an eye from here and you may think that you have just seen a Parakeet, Canary or even a Budgie. Come to think of it, you probably just have!
