"One thing's for certain, as soon as you cross the border into Wales, you sure get a lot of property for your money; quite remarkable really when you consider that you are looking at much the same countryside! Anyway, don't look a gift horse in the mouth......if you are looking for a large modern 5 bedroom detached house, complete with pony paddock, within a hugely desirable semi-rural village location, then this may very well be the home for you. It is located within a short, select cul-de-sac of similar sized homes and it virtually goes without saying, that an inspection is most strongly recommended. Not only is the house spacious, but there is a fair bit of land too, including the separate pony paddock at the top of the cul-de-sac. This delightful parcel of land is an ideal retreat, away from the every day 'hum-drum' of life and where better to while away a few hours whether you're riding a horse, growing vegetables or tending your chickens in the enclosure - bliss! Tallarn Green is situated near the village of Malpas and is within the catchment area for the highly acclaimed Bishop Heber High School. Locally, there is a hard surface tennis court and (so I am told) mud-sliding and delightful walks in the local woods, together with a good network of bridle paths. Geographically, there is swift vehicular access to the A41 trunk road for travel into Whitchurch (Shropshire), the City of Chester (Cheshire) and B roads into Wales. The nearby countryside, as you can imagine is stunning! The house itself has an impressive, spacious reception hall (and the galleried landing too for that matter) and there are 3 evenly proportioned reception rooms, plus a large kitchen/Breakfast Room and 2 downstairs WC's. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside, the front garden is equally as private as that of the rear and there is an attached double garage. In summary, if you are looking for a spacious family home, complete with pony paddock, literally on your doorstep, within a lovely semi-rural setting, then this may well fit the bill......and the best bit......it won't cost you a fortune!
