"The Hollies is an exceptional Grade II listed renovation in the desirable village of Hallow.

Description

The Hollies dates back to the early 19th century and has been lovingly restored to create a breath taking family home.

To the left of the property is a generous gravelled driveway providing ample space for several vehicles. The walled front and path lead to the front door which opens into the hallway where stairs rise to the first floor, to the left is the main reception sitting room and to the right a second reception family room. A further door opens to the cellar and to the rear is the open plan kitchen dining space.

Both reception rooms have been finished with neutral d cor and carpets with period features including sash windows, exposed ceiling timbers, and original black feature fireplaces complimented by the bold Ballroom Blue paint by Farrow and Ball .

The large kitchen dining room is a fantastic space that looks across the garden and spans the width on the property. Fitted with an array of sage green shaker style wall and floor units topped with a solid natural wood work surface. Additionally there is a Belfast sink, Rangemaster Infusion cooker with double oven, induction hob and extractor hood over. There is an integrated dishwasher and an under counter fridge and freezer. The floor is fitted with white flag stones which are also in the hallway. Further off the kitchen is a guest cloakroom. The cellar is light and bright and offers two distinct spaces, ideal for use as a home office, craft area or man cave!
